I have been teaching at Miami Dade College for nearly 10 years, where I am currently an adjunct professor. Having tutored with another company, I can help people from children and adolescents to college age. My techniques are chosen and used according to the student's learning style. I cover reading, writing, literature, college essays, psychology, public speaking, religious studies, and social studies as well as ESL/ELL and test prep. In addition, I can tutor IB Social and Cultural Anthropology.I attended the State University of New York at Buffalo and have a PhD in Anthropology. Also, I was a student at Pacific Lutheran University. Currently I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and enjoy biking, swimming, snorkeling, and camping in my spare time. I also spend time with my husband and pets when not working on my academics; we love traveling and exploring new destinations and cultures.
